These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-message program operated by Kingdom Longevity Labs in partnership with My Orbit Health (the clinical service provider). Review them alongside our Electronic Communications Consent and Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
When you provide your mobile number during enrollment or patient intake, you consent to receive recurring, non-marketing text messages related to your care. Message content may include:
- Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
- Prescription and shipment notifications from the dispensing pharmacy
- Clinician messages, follow-up prompts, and intake requests
- Program renewal reminders and billing notifications
- Account and security alerts (such as login verification codes)
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your care plan, appointment cadence, and prescription status. Typical active patients receive between 2 and 15 messages per month. One-time verification codes and transactional alerts are sent as needed and are not subject to this estimate.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier plan and are your responsibility. Kingdom Longevity Labs and My Orbit Health do not charge a separate fee for SMS messages.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel SMS messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation reply, after which no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by contacting [email protected] or by adjusting your communication preferences in the patient portal.
Opting out of SMS does not withdraw you from your care program. However, time-sensitive clinical information may need to be delivered through email or the patient portal instead, which could delay receipt. If you need a different delivery method for all communications, contact support.
To re-enroll after opting out, reply START or UNSTOP to any prior number used, or update your preferences in the patient portal.
5. Help Instructions
For assistance with the SMS program, reply HELP to any message. You will receive a reply with contact information. You may also reach support at [email protected].
6. Supported Carriers
The program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile (including MetroPCS), Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and smaller regional and prepaid carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability and delivery timing are not guaranteed.
7. Eligibility
You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and you must be at least 18 years of age. Messages are intended for delivery to mobile phones in the United States only.
8. Privacy
Protected health information (PHI) transmitted by SMS is delivered through the carrier network and is not end-to-end encrypted. We limit SMS content to what is reasonably necessary for the purpose of the message; detailed clinical discussions occur through the HIPAA-compliant patient portal operated by My Orbit Health. See our HIPAA Notice for details on how protected health information is safeguarded.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through email, portal message, or an SMS alert. Continued participation in the SMS program after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Contact
Questions about the SMS program, your message preferences, or these terms can be sent to [email protected].
